Client photographs are handled according to the applicable photography agreement, model release, gallery agreement, and related permissions.

Submission of an inquiry does not give Katrina Cross Photography permission to publish a person’s photographs. Portfolio, publication, advertising, or social media usage will be determined by the applicable agreement or permission.

Because boudoir photography may involve particularly private imagery, publication and portfolio use should be governed by the client’s specific written authorization.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain client and transaction records, fulfill contracts, meet tax and legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records.
